Q: Courtney, did you just start working out?

A: NO.  When I was in my twenties, I'd workout sometimes 2 hours a day.  I'd workout in the morning for an hour and after work I'd get another workout in before going out for the night.  After I had my first kid at 32, my workouts were about an hour.  It wasn't till I hit 40, had 2 more kids and worked full-time that my workouts became inconsistent and were sometimes only 20 minutes if I was lucky.

Q: What is your diet ?

A: Now, My diet is healthy.  Obviously , I eat an occasional cookie or piece of pizza but overall I follow the Box In 15 diet.  Once I had my kids and stopped working out for an hour a day.  My metabolism just seemed to stop.  It was like a curse!  Before 30 years old, I could eat what ever I wanted and still stay a healthy weight.  After my kids, I'd lose weight, gain weight and before you know it.  I was at my absolute heaviest by the time I was 40.  I've tried every diet and workout. I just couldn't get the mindset and motivation to keep it off. 

Q: What Were Your Biggest Obstacles To Getting Fit ?
